Structure and Capabilities
Our heavy-duty dynamic balancing machine is designed for precision balancing of large rotating components used in industrial, marine, mechanical, and rotating equipment applications.
The machine can accommodate components weighing up to 3,000 kg, with a maximum diameter of 3,000 mm and an overall length of up to 5,000 mm, allowing us to handle a wide range of large and heavy rotating assemblies.
Our balancing capability includes large industrial impellers, fan rotors, motor rotors, shafts, rollers, pulleys, drums, and similar rotating components. We can also perform dynamic balancing of propeller shafts up to 5 meters in length.
Dynamic balancing helps identify and correct mass imbalance, reducing vibration, bearing loads, noise, and premature wear while improving the reliability and operating life of rotating equipment.
